Since 1983 Rio Ranch Market has served the Southern California community
with its first store in Azusa. Since the beginning Rio Ranch Market has strived to provide our customer
with, fresher products, friendlier people and faster service that the competition. Yucaipa Trading Company
Inc. was formed in 1993 when Jay McCormack and Mustafa Milbis combined their operations and began
formulating plans to merge management of their stores.They developed a marketing plan that would appeal to both the growing Latino community in Southern California as well as for the everyday shopper looking for something better. 
With grass roots marketing and community involvement, Rio Ranch
Market is truly a neighborhood store. Rio Ranch Market has strived to provide our customers with
the freshest meats, produce, bakery and prepared hot foods, all in a festive and friendly
atmosphere that makes us stand out above the rest. With our 9th store opening in early 2005 Rio
Ranch Market is one of the fastest growing independent food chains in California.
